TGIF 2010
Attention Brothers:
Brother John Weston has requested our help. Thank God It’s Free 2010 needs extra manpower on Saturday December 18 to sort and organize clothes, food, toys, etc., for the Thank God It’s Free giveaway on Sunday the 19th. (They could also use a little help on the 19th too.) TGIF gives away all the materials it collects to needy families in our area. All items are given away free of charge on the 19th, and anything left over will be donated to the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
This program was launched in 2009 by Men’s CRHP Team 12 and is spearheaded by Brother Knight John Weston. This is a great program that gives families in need a little something extra at Christmas. If you would like to donate, you may bring new or good condition items (clothing, toys, etc) and non-perishable food items to IHM starting Monday Dec 13 through Friday December 17th between 4PM and 7PM. A truck will be there to accept items. If you would like todonate cash, which will go to the SVDP Society, you may do so online here on the Website.
