A guide to using RSS Feeds in Fandom
Since the launch of the website on the WordPress platform, it has been syndicated with RSS (Real Simple Syndication). What this means, is that every time a new post or page goes up, a notice goes out to subscribers to the RSS feed, who can generally see the entire post/page in their feed aggregator.
Website stats can tell me a lot. One of those stats tells me that I may be the only person receiving feeds from the website. (Actually, there are 5 subscribers but you get what I mean…)
I assume that the reason this is so, is that most folks, reading the first paragraph, probably felt they were reading Greek, interspersed with a few English words. So with that in mind, please click the link above, which is a pretty good, and fairly current guide to using RSS. I would like you to use the link so the author gets some traffic and credit for her efforts. However, in the event there is problem with that link in the future, I shamelessly grabbed it and stuck it in a .pdf to preserve it in the event the authors blog should one day disappear.
